Rome, Unicredit-Rothschild on a mission in the U.S.

LONDON, Jan. 24 - is expected tomorrow a summit meeting between UniCredit, the advisor Rothschild AS Roma and U.S. buyers. According to reports from multiple sources, the head of the bank's corporate Cordusio Square, Piergiorgio Peluso, is already en route to New York and could not be excluded that also reaches the deputy general manager of UniCredit, Paolo Fiorentino.

THE MEETING - The meeting will serve to test the waters with stakeholders and see if there really are the conditions to sell control of AS Roma. The deadline to submit binding offers is set at the end of January and UniCredit is working to find an offer that maximizes this asset as much as possible but able to give guarantees for the future of the club, on the basis of a solid business plan.
