Chelsea ready to put the package on Fabregas?

On the last day of the winter transfer window, Chelsea had soared by enlisting in quick Luiz Fernando Torres and David for nearly 80 million. Proof that Roman Abramovich has decided to invest again in the Blues after more or less ranked the checkbook in recent years. According to The Sun, Chelsea could well hit very hard this summer, as the London club would set his mind to go steal Cesc Fabregas at Arsenal neighbors! Long courted by FC Barcelona, he had almost joining last summer, the midfielder has made no secret he was more attracted by a return to Catalonia than anything else.

But Chelsea has some arguments, particularly financial, to make. According to the tabloid, the Blues could save 58 million euros on the table to convince them to drop the Gunners captain, who refused them the 40 million euros from Barcelona to prepare the estate of Frank Lampard (32) . Will this be enough to do it but give Arsene Wenger and Arsenal?
