Torres already has the Blues in Liverpool

For his first game against his former team, Fernando Torres has suffered a nightmare last Sunday. Not only did his team lost in a game that could revive Chelsea in the title race, but also the Spanish striker has missed everything he tried, certainly more pronounced than it gave him credit for his transfer from Liverpool to London club in the last hours of the transfer market.

A rebound was rather unexpected one week earlier, as nobody seemed able to surpass the 50 ME requested by the club of the Mersey. A few days after this match, Fernando Torres has told the Spanish radio, confirming that he was still struggling to digest a quite violent change of direction, especially since it is rare to see major transfers take place during season.

"Chelsea are a great team, but Liverpool and the heat of Anfield Road I miss. Money is not important, I picked Chelsea to improve my career. It is important for a team which I am honored to play, "said Fernando Torres Cadena Ser microphone. We hope that the world champion gradually find its level and its brands within a team of Chelsea where he has all the qualities to take over from Didier Drogba.
