It was after a spectacular game, and an extension, that Birmingham has won the right to face Arsenal in the Carling Cup final at Wembley by dominating West Ham (3-1). The Londoners had won 1-0 in the first leg and led 0-1 at Birmingham, but teammate of Ferguson came back to score and completely overthrew the trend.
