Xavi Hernandez, one of the stars of Barcelona, said he rejected an opportunity to play for Real Madrid at the beginning of his career. In an interview with radio station Onda Cero, Spanish midfielder said he received a "significant offer economic" in Madrid when I was in the lower divisions. Xavi said he discussed the proposal because "the team was done, Pep was in that position was a difficult time." Xavi has played his entire career with Barcelona, with whom he won 13 titles since its debut in 1998.
