ROME, March 18 - is the coupling between the Portuguese Benfica and PSV Eindhoven of the Netherlands the most fascinating in the quarterfinals of Europe League (scheduled for 7 and April 14), as determined from the urn of Uefa Nyon (Switzerland). In 1988 the two clubs met in the Champions League final, and had the better of PSV.
