Pirlo, a crazy idea Moratti and welcome to Leo. But between saying and doing ...

In recent days, the Gazzetta dello Sport has launched a kind of bomb: Inter would be interested in Andrea Pirlo, for what would be one of the most surprising return to 'home'. Yes, because the AC Milan midfielder, even ten years wearing the Rossoneri shirt and being considered a veteran of these colors, has an origin in reality Inter, although distant in time.

Indeed, it was the summer of 1998 when the Inter picks, 19, from Brescia and kept him tied with ups and downs until 2001 (in the middle of the loans to Reggina and yet the Swallows), before accepting the offer 35 billion pounds by the club of via Turati. Then key in an operation considered perfect whole, but later revealed as a hoax with the passage of time.

Born midfielder, Pirlo has been successfully adapted by Carlo Ancelotti in the role of director (after a season as second-line), tactical move that has turned into a hub of Milan and the national team, who with him in the control room has become standard World 2006. Today, on the threshold of 32 years, the future of midfielder Bresciano no longer seems to Milanello: for him, despite the results of his team, it was a bad season, because a series of injuries which so far have made the jump over twenty games, too much to expect.

For this reason in January AC Milan bought Van Bommel and the Netherlands has put in place the midfield, giving the geometries of Pirlo and changing idea of the game. A choice that, at present, will no longer be necessary to confirm the former Brescia, who had already received an offer from Juventus (contract 3 million per season for three years).

In this context of doubt about the future of Pirlo, according to the Inter Rosea would stand to move in order to bring it back to Appiano Gentile to 10 years away. Operation apparently inexplicable considering the physical condition and age of the player, but justified in the light of who the sponsors: Leonardo.

The coach knows very well Pirlo, having shared with him many years with the Rossoneri as a player, manager and finally by a coach. Probably assume the role of technical Milan have got to appreciate the qualities live, much to want to look out the window to see if there is a chance to return to work with him.

Perfect in the roar from the top down, Pirlo also fits the pattern that Inter have done so far lucky to Leo, the location where today is adapting Thiago Motta. The Brazilian coach before the defense wants a player that can jump-start the action and in the pink Inter Motta is the only one who embodies this characteristic.

But it is an adaptation and not being the Italian-Brazilian lightning war when it comes to banning, it would make sense to place a player in that area most appropriate. And after 10 years at Milan and in the role of National Director, Pirlo knows the craft. We're not talking about a negotiation in progress, will be missed.

The percentages Pirlo leave AC Milan are certainly not high, let alone those that can make the leap from one side of the waterway, given the climate that would lead to him for 'treason' of similar proportions. Yet the idea is there, though not easy to implement, aided by the pressing white.

Moratti has expressed itself in tones of praise for the midfielder, but this does not mean that he intends to step forward actually. Probably this would be done only and only if conditions were favorable and the same time not rebel against Pirlo. Another concern, the player's age, 32 years, which clashes with the strategy of 'green' that time the club is implementing Corso Vittorio Emanuele.

In reality, the fact that Inter is moving to grab the best prospects of international football does not mean that you also focus on the present. The company also wants to win now, and meanwhile has a future. And today one needs to win the big players such as Pirlo, for example. It remains in the field of hypotheses, because despite the popularity of Leonardo Moratti and the direct question is linked to Milan and will struggle to return to the past when wearing opposing colors in Milan.

In the meantime, however, Inter's home is continuing to monitor the international market, because if Pirlo is a crazy idea, other objectives are far more concrete.
