It was not a fan of Fulham but Michael Jackson will have a statue outside of Craven Cottage. The idea came from the club owner Al Fayed: "Michael Jackson was a true legend, he was my friend and I have good memories with him. I hope the fans appreciate seeing the King of Pop among them," Al Fayed said.
The statue would be unveiled on April 3 and has sparked some debate between the supporters themselves, while the manager tried to minimize Hughes: "The owner has always supported the Fulham with substantial funding. If you want to do as a gesture towards a friend who are we to criticize? "
