The sale of AS Roma seems to come to a turning point, perhaps, final. "After a thorough comparison of the documentation received, the review focused on the proposal made by U.S. company DiBenedetto As Roma LLC, based on information available to the state, appears as the most competitive," read the statement came out of Italpetroli on 3 February.
For members of Mr. DiBenedetto know all the rope in stars and stripes has been studied in all its facets. Who could take the remaining 40%, which at first remain in the portfolio of Unicredit? In contention is the Parsitalia group, headed by President Alexander Parnasi, which would come in red and yellow with a company representing not more than 20%.
But what the Group Parsitalia S. p. A.? Established in 1987, quickly became one of the powers of the real estate capital. Just four years after birth, Parsitalia acquired by the bankrupt "Sgi Sogene" (which belonged to the Vatican), the "House Sogene" well paying 205 billion lire for liquidators: 50 now and in cash, the rest spread over two years.
The young family, Luke Parnasi - get married last September with the actress and showgirl Christiane Filangieri - large Roma fans, plays the role of ad Parsitalia. As a great fan of football in 1999 which is based on "Manchester United", amateur team that is still participating in the oldest and most prestigious tournament in Rome, "Pezzana.
