Norwich back in the Premier League after six years away. The team based at Carrow Road, has been promoted in the top British series after 1-0 win at Fratton Park, home of Portsmouth, thanks to goals from Simon Jackson, the five minutes of the second half. Norwich has 83 points after 45 games, four more than the third, the Cardiff City, who lost 3-0 to Middlesbrough, and is in addition to Queen's Park Rangers, promoted to the Premier, last week, with 88 points .
