Inter no future, just think of the Chievo

Fans sing Pazza Inter Amala. But crazy is not just a comeback win two minutes from time. Even losing 5 to 2 with Schalke at home is something crazy. But Inter in its history has accustomed us to be like this: never boring, so they call it Mad. Who would have expected the treble last year? Who would have expected to lose against Milan and Schalke? In both cases, almost none.

The first time it went well, the second bad, but that's football. But Tuesday's defeat can not simply stamp the phrase "this is football," we must instead ask questions and ask what are the causes of this debacle. These days much has been written and said, there was talk of revolution and re-establishment.

The processes, therefore, have begun. But it seems a bit 'premature to speak now, a month and a half since the end of the season. Inter can still rise or fall, then let the process in June, where you can start planning for next season. To resurrect the best medicine there is no victory.

So Chievo becomes a watershed of the season: one part hope, part of the crisis. A victory would very much, everyone, players and fans. Would serve to restore peace and to leave the damn period after the break. Would also help in the return leg of Champions, where business or not, must at least try it with honor.

One false move now would not be a drama, whereas now the championship is partially compromised. But this really is the last appeal in the league, because the last train is leaving title. And we lost a lot of trains, especially around November-December. But even with Leonardo, against Udinese, Juventus, Milan and Brescia.

Hope to win, then. Hope for a slip of Milan to Florence, but also a victory for Naples, where the whole, in the case of bye-league dreams, would be responsible for stealing at Milan. In the state championship will be decided tomorrow, while in the Champions League was practically decided Tuesday.

There is always that glimmer of hope to create a miracle, winning 4 to 0 on return. But given that Inter always takes a couple of goals, is unlikely the situation will change in a couple of days, it would take at least 5 or 6 goals. And to think that Schalke is really a small team that still plays better in the Champions League.

Rangnick is a good coach, the team plays well and also has some interesting player, but the game has thrown away Inter. And they also missed three owners: Metzelder, Kluge and Huntelaar. The infamous Edu, who scored two goals, is the fourth toe. A striker who played in Korea until last year, after failing in the first experience in the Bundesliga.

That says a lot about the defensive situation, which may improve with the return of Lucius, one that is not terribly in these two games. The issue deserves attention Leonardo, accused by more than be the main responsible for the defeat. In reality, the merit of Leonardo is to be arrived to play for important goals, only to collapse in the final.

It took a team that gave all for now crushed hopes and dreams go by between the Inter fans. Everything is gone in two games, but the work is done previously. You have to see how it will end the season, even though these two games left many doubts. Leonardo confirms a difficulty in games that count, as he had already seen last year at Milan.

It can not be just a coincidence. Perhaps his kick-fun without pressure works only against opponents they can afford, when in fact you should have a drop in motivation. When it was necessary to fight and play with knives between their teeth, something was missing. Then there are also tactical assessments to be done, both before the race that a game in progress, where Leo is still paying their inexperience.

But there is still a month and these doubts are resolved in June, when Moratti will choose who will be the next coach. Only then can one talk about future projects and maybe even jobs. But now it's wait and see how it will end.
