Levante Levante Málaga ... in search of salvation

The Levante received in the City of Valencia to Malaga with the possibility of leaving, in the case of winning, virtually doomed to remain, although it will encounter an opponent that crosses its best year on the run from relegation. The Levante came to rest bound by international commitments as the third best team in the second round, just behind Barcelona and Real Madrid, and where victory will join with 38 points, virtually saved.

Luis Garcia, coach of Levante, penalty misses Xavi Torres, who could not play because of loan from Manchester, and the Ecuadorian striker Felipe Caicedo, with a strained hamstring muscle in the right leg, although their absence has not been confirmed, as the list will be provided on the same Sunday.

Falling Xavi Miguel Torres will be covered by Pallardó, which accompany Vicente Iborra in midfield. Meanwhile, the Uruguayan forward Cristian Stuani be a substitute for Caicedo, accompanied by Valmiro Lopes 'Valdo' in the midfielder. In the rest of the team is not expected to change from the last starting lineup, but Luis Garcia did not want to give clues to the lineup during the week and made the last four training sessions behind closed doors.

Malaga seek a third consecutive victory to assist it out of the relegation places and continue the struggle to preserve options to continue in the Primera. Malaga team, after beating Real Sociedad at home by 0-2 with Espanyol in La Rose, 2-0, hopes to continue the streak, but the break for international commitments can affect against a rival better placed.

The last time I visited Malaga Valencia City won an important victory, because they also fought for the same purpose, but this time will be totally different to both teams need to face different paths during the season. Malaga coach Manuel Pellegrini will drop late Brazilian defender Weligton Robson, as the Spanish Sports Disciplinary Committee endorsed the two-game penalty imposed by the Competition Committee for the insults to the collegiate Rubinos Perez in the game against Valencia at the Mestalla.

This absence is the only one with regard to those who won at Espanyol, as the Argentine goalkeeper Willy Caballero has recovered from a small sprain, while Kris Stadsgaards Danish act in the central defense along with Martin Demichelis. Pellegrini, has called for all staff, including those injured as Juanmi forward at the same Weligton and Galatto Brazilian goalkeeper, who has no record, in addition to the Brazilian Julio Baptista, who today has returned to Brazil to continue with the low care.
