The Italian leader AC Milan failed in the second round of the Champions League. The champion of 2007 came on Wednesday at Tottenham Hotspur not a 0-0 addition and after the 0-1 home defeat in the first leg left the premier class. The Spurs, however the first time since 1961/62 are again in the quarter-finals of the most important competition in European club football.
In the stadium on the London White Hart Lane, guests at the Berlin-born Kevin-Prince Boateng and substitute the German youth international Alex Merkel were indeed the better team, but could not use some good chances.
