ROME, Feb. 17 - The leaders of the Inter Rinaldo Ghelfi and Marco Branca and the players' agent Charles Pallavicino were referred to the Disciplinary Committee of the National Federal prosecutor regarding the transfer of Goran Pandev from Lazio. With them also was referred to the company Inter direct responsibility and objective.
Pallavicino was referred for "having worked as a mediation on behalf of persons who had not given any mandate 'Ghelfi and Branca for" having knowingly taken advantage, in the negotiations on signing a professional contract with the player Goran Pandev,' s Pallavicino agent, without having given any mandate.
" The transfer to Inter Pandev had come under investigation by the Federal Prosecutor's Office. The launch of this was decided after the Lazio president Claudio Lotito had submitted some documents deemed sufficient to open a file.
